A €50 reservation payment is required for the following tuition rate options: scholarship-contribution, full, reduced, and student.
The €50 includes IVA and is deducted from your total tuition; it is not an additional fee. Your place is confirmed when the €50 reservation payment has been successfully processed.
After clicking “Add to Cart,” you will be asked to fill out a short informational intake form. It is not used to gauge your suitability for the seminar.

***The remaining tuition may be paid in full by September 28, or in 3 monthly installments, by card or in cash.
A monthly payment arrangement divides the complete seminar tuition into 3 installments; it is not a month-to-month “subscription.” Be sure to indicate on the following form if the installment plan is your preference.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received by 23:59 on 25 September 2026 are eligible for a full refund. After that date, payments and installments already due are non-refundable, but future installments will be cancelled. Participants who paid in full remain eligible for an equivalent refund of installments not yet due. The complete cancellation and refund policy will be reviewed during the first in-person session.
